Operations Manager – Commercial Glazing

We take pride in being professional, agile, and committed to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager to help streamline our processes and lead our team to the next level.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across office, shop, and field teams. This role is critical in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a full understanding of project scope, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, and equipment
• Oversee project schedules and ensure deadlines are met across multiple jobs
• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
• Work closely with shop and field teams to ensure proper fabrication and installation
• Manage workflow between estimating, project management, and field operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
• Assist with estimating and bidding when needed
• Ensure quality control by verifying materials and installations meet approved submittals
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Monitor job costs, labor productivity, and overall project performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction operations, project management, or a similar role
• Experience in commercial glazing, facade, or construction trades strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
