About the Role
We are looking for a strong, disciplined, execution-focused Operations Manager who can take full responsibility for daily operations, team productivity, deadlines, and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Work Management
- Lead a team of 10–25 people across taxation, compliance, and accounts verticals
- Assign daily tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability
- Conduct morning stand-ups and daily follow-ups
- Ensure deadlines are met with zero last-minute chaos
Process & Operations Control
- Maintain task boards (Trello/Asana/ClickUp etc.)
- Implement SOPs and enforce workflow discipline
- Monitor team efficiency and take corrective action
- Escalate issues proactively
Client Delivery Oversight
- Ensure timely completion of GST, Income Tax, ROC, TDS, and other statutory filings
- Coordinate with senior management for priority clients
- Handle escalations and ensure high-quality output
People & Performance Management
- Maintain team discipline, attendance, and task ownership
- Identify inefficiencies and take strict corrective actions
- Conduct weekly performance reviews
- Build a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience in CA / compliance / tax / finance operations is preferred
- Understanding of statutory deadlines
- Experience managing teams
- Familiarity with task management tools
Qualifications
- 3–8 years experience in operations, process management, or team leadership
- Prior experience in CA or compliance firms is a big plus
