We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations for our ecommerce apparel brand. The role involves managing order processing, inventory, logistics, quality control, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order & Fulfillment Management
- Oversee daily order processing on website.
- Ensure timely packing, dispatch, and delivery of orders.
- Reduce RTO, delays, and logistics issues through proactive monitoring.
2. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Track stock levels, plan replenishments, and coordinate production.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across SKUs, sizes, and warehouses.
- Implement systematic storage, labelling, and stock rotation processes.
4. Logistics Coordination
- Handle partnerships with couriers, packaging suppliers.
5. Quality Control
- Implement QC processes for garments, printing, and packaging.
- Identify and resolve product defects and customer complaints.
6. Operational Efficiency & Reporting
- Optimize workflows to reduce delays and operational costs.
- Track daily metrics like dispatch rate, TAT, RTO %, and inventory ageing.
- Generate reports for management on performance and improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce operations (apparel industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of order management systems, Shopify/marketplaces, and logistics dashboards.
- Excellent understanding of garment production and QC processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
