Operations Manager- Electromechanical works

Buraq Electromechanical is a specialized service provider in motor overhauling, rewinding, lathe works, control panel fabrication, motor repair & installation, and small-scale HVAC & chilled water works. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Manager to oversee daily activities and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management — Oversee workshop activities, field operations, and service teams to ensure timely and high‑quality job execution.
• Team Supervision — Lead technicians, electricians, and support staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Job Scheduling — Plan and prioritize motor repair, rewinding, HVAC tasks, and site jobs to maximize productivity.
• Quality Control — Ensure all repair, installation, and fabrication work meets company standards.
• Client Coordination — Communicate with customers regarding job status, technical issues, and delivery timelines.
• Reporting to Management — Prepare daily/weekly operational reports, job progress updates, and performance summaries.
• Inventory & Procurement Oversight — Monitor stock levels of materials, tools, and consumables; coordinate with suppliers.
• Workflow Optimization — Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in workshop and field operations.
• HSE Compliance — Ensure safety procedures are followed across all operations.
• Cost Control — Monitor job costing, reduce wastage, and support profitability targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Knowledge of motor overhauling, rewinding, control panels, and HVAC systems.
• Leadership Skills with experience managing technicians and field teams.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations, job cards, and service workflows.
• Ability to prepare structured reports and communicate effectively with management.
• Familiarity with UAE market, suppliers, and operational standards.
• Minimum 5 years experience in electromechanical or industrial services.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
