Job Overview
We are a fast-growing e-commerce jewelry company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder.
This role is for someone who can manage tasks, follow up, and keep the business running efficiently day-to-day. You must be proactive, reliable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across orders, production, and shipping
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Handle customer communication (email and phone) professionally
- Organize and track orders, inventory, and internal systems
- Assist with Shopify, product uploads, and backend organization
- Support scheduling, administrative tasks, and general business operations
- Identify inefficiencies and help improve workflows
Requirements
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Experience in e-commerce (Shopify preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong task completer
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus (Not Required)
- Airtable, QuickBooks, or CRM experience
- Email marketing (Klaviyo or similar)
- Experience in jewelry or luxury products

Pay: $50,782.89 - $61,157.88 per year
