Operations Manager & Executive Assistant (E-commerce Jewelry Brand)

Job Overview

We are a fast-growing e-commerce jewelry company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder.

This role is for someone who can manage tasks, follow up, and keep the business running efficiently day-to-day. You must be proactive, reliable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across orders, production, and shipping
  • Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Handle customer communication (email and phone) professionally
  • Organize and track orders, inventory, and internal systems
  • Assist with Shopify, product uploads, and backend organization
  • Support scheduling, administrative tasks, and general business operations
  • Identify inefficiencies and help improve workflows

Requirements

  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal)
  • Experience in e-commerce (Shopify preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable, proactive, and a strong task completer
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Airtable, QuickBooks, or CRM experience
  • Email marketing (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Experience in jewelry or luxury products

This is a full-time, in-person role in Aventura, FL (33180).
Remote work is not available.

Pay: $50,782.89 - $61,157.88 per year
