Position Summary
Jetaire is seeking an innovative and solutions driven Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence. The Operations Manager is responsible for making data-driven decisions in fast- paced and matrix-driven environments. Highly adept at identifying and establishing new process enhancements that optimize operational workflow to meet the needs of customers. Must possess ability to think analytically, communicate effectively, and deploy lean principles that drive efficiency and cost containment. This role owns a weekly KPI cadence (baseline → current → target with corrective actions), leads root cause & corrective action (RCCA), and integrates project execution with the ongoing operational “floor pulse.” Experience in AS9100/FAA operations is expected.
