Operations Manager – Field Clinical Operations

Role Overview

The Operations Manager – Field Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing all Field Clinical Coordinators (FCCs) nationwide while remaining actively involved in field execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes training FCCs, supporting device installations, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across the U.S. Extensive travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

Field Team Leadership

  • Manage, coach, and support FCCs across the U.S.
  • Lead onboarding and training of new FCC hires
  • Conduct regular field visits and provide performance feedback
  • Act as escalation point for complex operational or customer issues

Installation, Training & Field Support

  • Lead and support RPM device installations, setup, and validation
  • Train nurses and care teams on device usage, workflows, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in the field
  • Ensure devices are properly maintained and updated

Operational Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate installation schedules, travel, and logistics
  • Support device inventory, shipping, and deployment tracking
  • Ensure efficient use of field resources across multiple facilities

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure HIPAA, safety, and infection-control standards are followed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service activities
  • Provide feedback to product, engineering, and leadership teams

Customer Engagement

  • Work directly with SNF administrators, nursing leadership, and maintenance teams
  • Support long-term relationships with customer sites

Qualifications

  • CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant (MA) certification (at least one required)
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in clinical operations, medical devices, or healthcare technology
  • Experience in SNFs or long-term care strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively nationwide
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
