Role Description

In this hybrid Operations Manager / Field Service Manager role, based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area, you will oversee day-to-day operations, balance field and remote work, and ensure excellence in service delivery. Your responsibilities include creating and executing operational strategies, managing field service teams, tracking KPIs, and optimizing processes. You will maintain customer satisfaction by addressing client needs proactively and building strong relationships, while also ensuring compliance and efficiency across plumbing and HVAC services. This dynamic role combines field leadership with managerial oversight to achieve operational excellence and results.

• Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC operations and related technical knowledge is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is a plus
