We are looking for a highly organized and disciplined Operations Manager & Field Supervisor to oversee daily field execution and ensure smooth operational performance across all active job sites.

Role Overview

The Operations & Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily team dispatch, optimizing schedules, maintaining operational discipline, and ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage teams with authority and structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily dispatch of field teams
• Ensure job schedules are optimized and free from overlaps or delays
• Monitor team attendance, working hours, and overtime control
• Ensure teams follow company procedures and quality standards
• Coordinate work permits and site access requirements before execution
• Oversee equipment allocation and machine maintenance schedules
• Conduct on-site inspections when required
• Train and reinforce operational procedures with the team
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Report daily operational status to management

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in operations, scheduling, or field supervision
• Experience managing cleaning, maintenance, or facility teams preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple job sites simultaneously
• Strong personality with ability to maintain discipline
• Fluent English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus)
• Good knowledge of UAE site procedures and permit systems is an advantage
• Comfortable using scheduling tools and basic reporting systems
