Operations Manager & Finishing Works Specialist / Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and responsible professional to oversee operational and finishing works activities for ongoing residential and commercial renovation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion, strong quality control, accurate documentation, subcontractor supervision, and professional communication with clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day renovation and finishing works on multiple project sites.
• Ensure timely delivery within project deadlines, budgets, and technical standards.
• Communicate directly with clients, teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and management.
• Plan and organize project stages before mobilization — resources, materials, workforce, and timelines.
• Supervise finishing works: tiling, flooring, gypsum, carpentry, joinery, painting, and other final-stage tasks.
• Review and approve completed volumes as per drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with UAE safety and quality regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and workforce performance.
• Maintain material accountability and implement cost-saving solutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
• Resolve construction issues quickly to avoid downtime.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, Architecture
• Experience in residential and commercial renovation projects (UAE or CIS region preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of finishing works processes and standards.
• Strong ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams independently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in English and Russian (written & verbal).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
