Operations Manager (Food Delivery Sector)

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our food delivery operations across Qatar and the GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day food delivery operations to ensure efficiency and timeliness
• Oversee fleet management, driver performance, and order accuracy
• Implement processes to improve delivery speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with restaurants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food delivery, logistics, or last-mile operations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of GCC food delivery market is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in food delivery/logistics operations
