We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our delivery service operations and manage rider performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or fleet operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and locations
• Ability to manage large teams of riders and daily operations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Own visa preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations
• Manage and supervise bike riders and fleet performance
• Plan routes and optimize delivery efficiency
• Monitor KPIs such as delivery time, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Handle operational challenges and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
