Operations Manager- Garment Industry

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and streamline our garment production and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day activities, improve efficiency, maintain quality standards, and drive the team to meet production and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations including production, inventory, logistics, and dispatch.
• Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team; allocate manpower effectively.
• Implement process improvements for cost control, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with procurement, design, merchandising, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Track KPIs, prepare operational reports, and present performance updates to management.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure timely customer deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Production/Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of operations or production management experience in the garment/apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple shifts.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
