Operations Specialist – Prestige Retreats (Dubai)

Prestige Retreats, a leading luxury holiday home management company in Dubai, is seeking an Operations Specialist with a strong hospitality or hotel background to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth guest experiences across our premium properties.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and property readiness.
• Assist with fit-outs, furnishing setups, and on-site inspections.
• Oversee inventory management for linens, amenities, and property supplies.
• Monitor vendor performance and uphold 5-star service standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or luxury property management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
• UAE driver’s license preferred (for site visits and property coordination).
• Flexible to work weekends or evenings as needed.
