As Operations Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless day-to-day operation of Ando Living units in Istanbul, Turkey. You will uphold and elevate brand standards, lead operational excellence, and support the launch of new projects in close collaboration with headquarters and cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guarantee seamless operations across all Ando Living units, ensuring high-quality service for both guests and owners.
  • Prepare and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for each Ando Living project, ensuring financial targets are met and maintaining full accountability for both revenue generation and cost control.
  • Assure compliance with Ando Living brand standards and operational procedures.
  • Prepare, plan, and supervise the launch of new Ando Living projects within the country.
  • Monitor and resolve guest and owner complaints, ensuring final satisfaction and service recovery.
  • Oversee relationships with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security), ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and contract compliance.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, efficiency, ethics, and integrity.
  • Design and implement training programs to upskill staff and reinforce brand standards.
  • Define and monitor operational KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all units comply with local health, safety, and legal regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate directly with headquarters to support future project developments.


Profile:

  • Proven experience in hospitality operations or property management.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for service excellence.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English ; other languages are a plus.
