Operations manager In Training

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager In Training to join our team and develop into a future leader within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure team members are well-equipped for success
  • Support interviewing and recruiting efforts to build a strong, motivated team aligned with company goals
  • Participate in managing daily store operations including sales management, inventory control, merchandising, and pricing strategies
  • Help supervise staff during shifts, ensuring efficient cashiering, POS transactions, cash handling, and customer service excellence
  • Contribute to payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks such as scheduling and record keeping
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales performance
  • Develop leadership skills by supervising team members, managing inventory levels, and assisting with budgeting and cost control measures

Experience

  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles demonstrating strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
  • Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with retail math, POS systems, inventory management software, and cash handling procedures
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with merchandising, stocking, marketing strategies, or wireless sales will be advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills combined with leadership qualities to motivate teams and drive store success
