Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Manager Business Operations. The role involves overseeing business operations, driving operational efficiency, and managing cross-functional programs to ensure smooth execution of the company’s projects. Responsibilities include streamlining processes, analyzing performance metrics, creating and managing budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet strategic objectives and deliverables.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management

Proficient in Analytical Skills and problem-solving to make data-driven decisions

Proven experience in Program Management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation

Solid understanding of Finance, budgeting, and cost management

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred

Experience managing large-scale projects, especially in the design, manufacturing, or interior spaces sector is an advantage
Vendor Management

Identify, onboard, and manage installation vendors city-wise

Negotiate pricing and service terms

Maintain vendor performance scorecards

Monitor quality, timelines, and professionalism

Handle escalations and resolve execution issues

Coordinate vendor billing and payments
Measurement Coordination

Schedule site measurements within 24–48 hours

Confirm site readiness before dispatch

Ensure vendor submission of measurement reports and videos

Maintain accurate documentation in tracking systems

Handle re-measurement and special-case scenarios
Installation
-
Plan installation timelines post design approval

Confirm wall preparation readiness with clients

Assign installation teams and share panel details

Monitor site execution through photos/videos

Handle rectification requests

Ensure project closure and client sign-off
Logistics

Coordinate with courier and surface transport partners

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

Handle damage claims and liability follow-ups

Maintain shipment tracking sheets

Improve logistics efficiency and cost structure
Process & Documentation

Maintain updated tracking sheets and dashboards

Ensure proper documentation of every site activity

Required Skills
