Operations Manager – IVF, Bhubaneswar

We are hiring for the role of IVF Operations Manager:

Total Experience: 6 to 10 years in IVF Operations

Education: Graduate + MBA/PGDHM

Job Location: Bhubaneswar

**We are as of now preferring candidates from Bhubaneswar or are native of Bhubaneswar**

Job Responsibilities:

• To liaise with corporate team for all the package updations and train IVF Counsellors accordingly

• Consultant Relationship (Part time, full time, referral and Visiting)

• Work closely with unit operations manager and business development team for achieving monthly targets

• Should handle Corporate Tie-ups and Corporate Marketing

• Supervise and manage end to end OP & IP operations of all IVF clientele.

• Manage rosters of IVF team to ensure seamless flow of operations.

• Analyse feedback through a root cause analysis and suggest solutions.

• Maintain MIS reports of the department.

• Coordinating with Doctor schedule for optimum duty coverage.

• Ensure that all the new employees are trained as per JD and are job ready

• Monitor Security, housekeeping, dietery services to enhance patient experience.

• Work as a team player to ensure that each patient receives the best service possible.
