Operations Manager (Jewellery Industry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our jewellery manufacturing and retail business. The candidate will be responsible for managing supply chain activities, production processes, team coordination, vendor management, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Supervise and streamline jewellery manufacturing operations.

Ensure timely production of orders with adherence to quality standards.

Coordinate with design, CAD, and QC teams to ensure workflow efficiency.

Inventory & Supply Chain:

Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and procurement.

Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure accurate records of raw materials and finished goods.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery and negotiate rates.

Retail & Order Management:

Ensure smooth operations in showroom or retail outlets (if applicable).

Track customer orders from production to final delivery.

Resolve any operational or delivery issues swiftly.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Manage and supervise staff across departments (production, logistics, admin, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
