Project Manager – Digital Marketing Agency (Karachi – Clifton Area)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5–7 years of agency experience in managing teams related to Website Development, SEO, and Content Marketing.

This is a full-time onsite role, and the candidate should preferably live near Clifton, Karachi, as the job requires daily operational coordination and availability during overlapping USA business hours.

Working Hours

• Approximately 9 hours per day
• Must be available during USA coordination hours, especially between 12 PM/ 2 PM PKT for meetings and communication with the USA headquarters. You can start your day like 12PM and finish by 9PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage daily sprint meetings between the Web, SEO, and Content teams.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day communication between all departments.
• Update and maintain the Trello board on a daily basis.
• Make sure developers, SEO specialists, and content writers are fully aligned on priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate regularly with the USA headquarters and provide operational updates.
• Ensure all tasks, updates, blockers, and progress are properly documented in the project management system.
• Monitor whether team members are updating their daily tasks and reports consistently.
• Follow up aggressively on delayed items, pending approvals, or missing information.
• Communicate directly with clients via email when required to obtain missing assets, approvals, content, or feedback.
• Identify bottlenecks proactively and ensure projects move forward without delays.

• Strong agency background with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing Web, SEO, and Content teams together
• Familiar with tools like Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, and project reporting systems
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable communicating with USA-based management and clients
• Able to push teams and maintain accountability professionally
