Operations Manager - Landscape Construction

Woodridge Landscapes is excited to announce we are looking for a full time operations manager join our team.

Ideal candidate will have experience: managing crews, field installation experience. Landscape design build - construction, hardscaping, plantings, lawn installation, ordering, snow removal services and managing.

Spanish speaking a huge plus.

Role would be to oversee 3/4 crews. Approx 8-12 individuals. Materials ordering, logistics planning, field supervision of projects. Ensuring quality and efficient work by our teams from start to finish.

Other benefits for the role would include:

Strong knowledge of landscaping.

Experience in production

Self Motivated - ability to create own leads and prospects

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of sold work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
