Operations Manager – Luna Coffee Lahore

Luna Coffee is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Lahore branch.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations and staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor sales, expenses, and branch profitability
• Implement and maintain company SOPs
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, kitchen, and bar teams
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing large teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
