Masar is a fast-growing premium limousine company in Dubai, focused on luxury service, operational excellence, and smart expansion. We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations.

Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing fleet performance, driver management, service quality, and operational growth. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and deep understanding of Dubai’s limousine and RTA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily limousine operations and ensure smooth trip execution
• Supervise drivers, schedules, performance, and compliance
• Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance, and cost control
• Ensure full compliance with RTA regulations and licensing
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime
• Handle corporate clients and VIP service standards
• Prepare monthly performance and financial reports
• Support expansion strategy and fleet growth planning
