VACANCY: Operations Manager – Medical Laboratory (Dubai)

True Code Laboratory is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our medical laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day laboratory operations.
• Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Handle purchasing and supplier coordination.
• Manage air freight shipments and logistics coordination.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock control.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records using Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a medical laboratory or healthcare field (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of purchasing and logistics, including air freight procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Location: Dubai
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
