Operations Manager – Multi-Property Hotels

EWAA Hotel Group, part of a leading hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, operates a growing portfolio of 3-star and 4-star hotels and 5-star hotels across the Kingdom. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead, oversee and optimize the performance of multiple hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple hotel properties.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence.
• Drive hotel performance through effective management of occupancy, revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs across all departments.
• Collaborate with Hotel General Managers and department heads to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, health & safety requirements, and hospitality industry guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Support hotel openings, transitions, and expansion projects when required.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience, with at least 5 years in a senior multi-property operations role.
• Proven experience managing multiple hotels simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, and quality standards.
• Experience within the Saudi Arabian hospitality market is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼13,000.00 per month
