EWAA Hotel Group, part of a leading hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, operates a growing portfolio of 3-star and 4-star hotels and 5-star hotels across the Kingdom. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead, oversee and optimize the performance of multiple hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple hotel properties.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence.
- Drive hotel performance through effective management of occupancy, revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs across all departments.
- Collaborate with Hotel General Managers and department heads to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, health & safety requirements, and hospitality industry guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Support hotel openings, transitions, and expansion projects when required.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience, with at least 5 years in a senior multi-property operations role.
- Proven experience managing multiple hotels simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, and quality standards.
- Experience within the Saudi Arabian hospitality market is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
