We are hiring a detail-oriented Operations Manager – Offline to oversee app journey tracking, tenant payment operations, and banking coordination.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager – Offline will manage key operational processes that support tenant onboarding, transaction accuracy, payment oversight, and finance partner coordination. This role requires someone who is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in operations within fintech, real estate, or financial services. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, maintaining payment records, and managing operational workflows with Rentify’s financial partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. App Journey

• Track and monitor users at various stages of the Rentify app journey.
• Identify bottlenecks or drop-offs in the funnel and flag them for product or marketing improvement.
• Ensure internal teams have accurate visibility of user progress and app activity.

2. Tenant Tracking

• Maintain and update quarterly records of all upcoming tenant payments, including due dates and payment schedules.
• Manage and reconcile transaction summaries with Rentify’s payment network to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed records of transacting customers, including user type, pricing model, payment history, and next due dates.
• Ensure timely and error-free processing of payments and reporting.

3. Banking Operations

• Track leads sent to Rentify’s financing partners and follow up consistently to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain coordination with financing institutions regarding approvals, processing status, and required documents.
• Collate outcomes of all decisioning processes, including approval/decline reasons, and report them to relevant internal teams.
• Ensure all banking-related workflows adhere to compliance, financial accuracy, and operational SLA timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, payment processing, fintech operations, banking operations, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a high attention to detail.
• Experience working with transaction platforms, CRMs, or fintech/payment systems.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially when working with financial institutions.
• Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working remotely when required.
• Experience in the UAE market is a plus.
