Operations Manager – Playsets & Sheds

About Us:We are a fast-growing company specializing in playsets, sheds, and outdoor structures. We are looking for a highly organized Manager to oversee order processing, scheduling, customer communication, and coordination with installers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities Playsets

• Process playset orders and submit them to manufacturers to order. Inventory.
• Keep all order details organized, including renderings, accessories, notes, and photos
• Schedule installations, communicate with clients, and collect final balances
• Handle warranty requests: gather photos, work with manufacturers, and arrange parts and labor
• Maintain playset inventory and assist with pricing updates
• Customer support/service

Sheds

• Process shed orders and ensure all documents are complete and accurate
• Coordinate build schedules with the shop and installation schedules with installers
• Track shed builds from start to finish and monitor progress
• Order materials as needed and coordinate special deliveries, Inventory
• Manage shed warranty issues and schedule corrections when needed
• Assist with pricing updates and updates to product options
• Customer Support/Service

General Operations

• Assist customers with questions, scheduling, and warranty concerns
• Submit financing documents after installations
• Support the sales team with product information and scheduling
• Assist ownership with miscellaneous tasks
• Schedule yard evaluations when needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in operations, coordination, project management, or similar
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage many moving parts and follow through on details
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in construction, home services, or outdoor products is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
