Position Summary
As Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of our pool maintenance and repair division. You’ll oversee both field and office teams, making sure technicians are set up for success, customers get prompt and reliable service, and the business runs like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of pool technicians and customer service representatives.
- Create a positive team culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching to keep standards high.
Operations & Scheduling
- Oversee scheduling, routing, and dispatch to keep technicians efficient and customers happy.
- Track job assignments and response times to ensure productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation in our company systems.
Customer Service Excellence
- Support the customer service team in handling calls, emails, and scheduling requests.
- Jump in to resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure every customer feels informed, respected, and valued.
Quality & Compliance
- Monitor fieldwork and service standards to guarantee top-quality results.
- Conduct periodic service checks and audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Business & Operational Support
- Manage inventory of chemicals, parts, and equipment.
- Track KPIs like efficiency, customer satisfaction, and job completion rates.
- Collaborate with ownership to improve processes and support growth.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in operations management at a pool services company.
- Strong leadership experience managing field and/or customer service teams.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
- Clear, confident communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of pool systems and equipment
- Tech-savvy with scheduling/dispatch software and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
