About the Role

FRAMEZ (a brand of New Era Industries) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager – Production & Projects to oversee end-to-end production processes and project execution. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between production, site teams, and project timelines while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and execution to ensure timely completion of orders
• Manage project execution from planning to final delivery
• Coordinate with sales, fabrication, and site teams for smooth operations
• Ensure material availability and resource planning for ongoing projects
• Monitor project timelines, progress, and delays, and take corrective actions
• Maintain quality standards in production and installation
• Supervise teams including fabrication staff, installers, and subcontractors
• Track and report daily/weekly operational performance
• Handle client coordination for project updates and issue resolution
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and cost control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in production, operations, or project management (preferably in -----building materials / windows & doors / fabrication industry)
• Strong understanding of production workflows and project execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Age Limit: 28 – 38 years
