We are a fast-growing real estate wholesale company in an active growth phase, currently approaching profitability. Our core operations span three functions: Underwriting, Sales, and Disposition. With a lean, high-performing remote team, we move fast, hold high standards, and are building a culture of ownership and accountability. The Founder/CEO is actively involved day-to-day and is looking to hire a right-hand operations person who can free up strategic bandwidth and help the business scale.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will serve as the central operational hub of the company triaging day-to-day questions, enforcing accountability across teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a task-execution role; it is a judgment, communication, and ownership role. The right person will reduce the Founder’s involvement in routine decisions so he can focus on strategy, business development, and higher-leverage activities.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operations
- Serve as the first point of contact for team questions, triaging and resolving issues without escalating to the Founder
- Monitor progress across Sales, Underwriting, and Disposition pipelines
- Ensure daily KPIs are tracked and reported
- Run and document daily/weekly standup notes and follow-up actions
- Manage task boards and ensure team accountability
Disposition Support
- Oversee and support the Disposition team to push contracts through to closing
- Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and internal team on open deals
- Track disposition rate and flag bottlenecks (target: 25%+ dispo close rate)
- Ensure novation and wholesale contracts are processed correctly and on time
Team & Recruiting Operations
- Assist with onboarding new hires and tracking their ramp performance
- Help evaluate sales and disposition candidates during screening stages
- Maintain recruiting trackers, scorecards, and pipeline documentation
Process & Communication
- Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for repeatable tasks
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Draft or update job descriptions, process documents, and internal guides as needed
- Communicate clearly and promptly — including on weekends when deals require it
Requirements
Must-Have
- High integrity and unrelenting work ethic this is non-negotiable
- Strong logical thinking: ability to work through problems step-by-step and make sound decisions independently
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Demonstrated experience in an operations, project management, or coordination role
- Ability to handle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Willingness to be responsive outside standard hours when deals or urgencies arise
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in real estate wholesale, disposition, or a related industry
- Familiarity with novation contracts and the wholesale deal lifecycle
- Prior experience supporting or managing a small remote team
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar)
- Track record of career growth someone who started in one role and earned more responsibility over time
Nice to Have
- Background in sales management or disposition management
- Experience working in or with a startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline tracking
Pay: E£546.18 - E£655.41 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
