Operations Manager (Recruitment & Delivery)

Job Title: Operations Manager – Recruitment & Delivery
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 3+ years (Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower Consultancy)
Industry Preference: Retail / Jewellery / Luxury / Fashion / BFSI / FMCG / Large Hiring Firms

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple mandates
• Experience working on Job Portals like Indeed, Apna, Foundit & LinkedIn
• Manage and lead a team of recruiters & executive searchers
• Ensure daily productivity, quality screening & TAT adherence
• Monitor candidate funnel: sourcing → screening → shortlisting → share to RM
• Reduce replacement ratio to below 10%
• Enforce SOPs, KPIs, dashboards & accountability
• Improve closure speed & fulfilment ratio
• Train & mentor recruiters for quality + speed
• Ensure process compliance & discipline
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly performance reports

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Fulfilment Rate: ≥ 75%
• Average TAT: ≤ 10 days
• Replacement Ratio: ≤ 10%
• Recruiter Productivity:
• 80–120 calls/day/recruiter
• 3–5 quality CVs/day/recruiter
• Interview to Joining Ratio: ≥ 60%
