We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Arabic-speaking Operations Manager to join our Casual/Fast Food restaurant team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction
• Control costs, inventory, and stock levels
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall profitability

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management (Casual/Fast Food preferred)
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of cost control and inventory management
• Ability to work under pressure
