Operations Manager (Riyadh)
Role Overview
Ailoo is seeking an Operations Manager to build and oversee our operational function ahead of launch. This role will be responsible for customer support, driver operations, and city-level execution to ensure service quality and marketplace stability.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone experienced in mobility, ride-hailing, or consumer marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish support processes and service standards
- Manage ticket resolution times and quality control
- Handle escalations and service recovery
- Oversee driver onboarding, verification, and activation
- Monitor driver performance and compliance
- Improve driver engagement and retention
- Ensure operational readiness before launch
- Monitor trip completion rates, cancellations, and response times
- Coordinate field support when needed
- Define and track operational KPIs
- Build reporting systems and dashboards
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
Requirements
- 4–7+ years’ experience in operations (ride-hailing, mobility, or marketplaces preferred)
- Experience building and managing teams
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- KPI-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Arabic & English required
