Operations Manager- Sales Support

· Oversee and manage field sales operations across assigned regions.

· Develop and implement field sales strategies aligned with company goals.

· Monitor daily activities of field sales teams and provide guidance and training.

· Track sales performance metrics and report on targets and outcomes.

· Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and backend teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

· Recruit, onboard, and manage field sales executives and ensure adherence to company policies.

· Conduct regular market visits and gather on-ground insights for business development.

· Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities, product launches, and retail activations.

· Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
