Job Title : Operations Manager (Skincare Brand)

Location : Karachi – Site Area

Salary : PKR 40,000-50,000 per month

Requirement : Must have own conveyance for field visits

We are hiring a smart, organized, and tech-savvy Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations for our skincare brand. The right candidate should excel in vendor coordination, product material sourcing, and managing smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with vendors for sourcing skincare packaging, labels, raw materials, and printing items.

* Manage production workflows, from printing to packaging and dispatch.

* Conduct negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality control.

* Handle client and internal team communication efficiently and professionally.

* Oversee product deliveries, follow-ups, and inventory updates.

* Perform necessary field visits for vendor meetings, quality checks, and operational support.

Requirements:

* Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to manage multiple tasks smoothly.

* Must have own transportation for site visits and vendor coordination.

* Prior experience in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
