Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Soft Services to manage daily operations across multiple client sites, ensuring service quality, staff performance, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise soft services teams
• Ensure quality standards and KPIs are met
• Handle manpower planning and scheduling
• Resolve client and operational issues
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards

Requirements:

• 2–3 years UAE experience in soft services/FM
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites
• Immediate availability
