The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the all departments. This role involves managing production, quality control, inventory, and logistics, ensuring that all processes align with company goals and industry standards. The Operations Manager will lead a team, optimize processes, and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of products and services.

Roles and Responsibility:

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.

Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Address any customer concerns or issues related to product quality or delivery.
