Phoenix Exteriors LLC is hiring an Operations Project Manager (Solar and Roofing) in Chicago, IL. You will own every sold job from approval through install, making sure scope, materials, and timelines hold from welcome call to final sign-off. Phoenix Exteriors was named the 2024 recipient of REC Americas' Best Residential Solar Project of the Year, and this role helps protect that standard one job at a time.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Review and approve sold jobs within 24 to 48 hours, returning incomplete files to sales with clear notes
• Move approved jobs through welcome call, site survey, engineering, permitting, scheduling, and install
• Order roofing, solar, and electrical materials and coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery
• Schedule internal crews and subcontractors, then manage their invoices and approvals
• Track subcontractor and W-2 electrician pay and submit accurate weekly pay reports
• Oversee field QC personnel and resolve quality issues quickly when they surface
