Operations Manager (Sport Venue)
Location: Dubai (Hybrid with evening on-site shifts)
Schedule: 6 days/week — Evening presence required at Kite Beach (7 PM–11 PM)
Reporting to: CEO & Head of Operations
Role Overview
Esperia Volleyball Academy is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Client & Venue Operations Manager to oversee client interactions, venue operations, payments, and day-to-day coordination at our Kite Beach location. This person will be the face of Esperia in the evenings, ensuring smooth client experience, efficient booking and payment processes, and maintaining operational control over the venue and its staff.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Sales
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients at Kite Beach from 7 PM to 11 PM.
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and issues with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
- Understand client profiles and behaviors to upsell/cross-sell academy activities and packages.
- Gather feedback, identify needs, and propose improvements to the management team.
- Assist clients with registrations, bookings, and general onboarding to new seasons.
Venue Operations Management
- Supervise evening operations at the venue and ensure smooth flow.
- Monitor the work of the two day-shift staff, ensuring quality standards in:
- Logistics
- Inventory management
- Cleaning procedures
- Receipt archiving
- Customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment for players, parents, and visitors.
Payment & Booking Management
- Manage POS and cash transactions with accuracy and accountability.
- Ensure proper receipt issuance, collection, and digital archiving.
- Support clients with bookings using the academy’s online system.
- Daily reconciliation of payments and reporting to management.
Marketing & Communication Support
- Support simple on-site content gathering (stories, short clips, updates).
- Assist with WhatsApp broadcast preparation (via SleekFlow).
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding venue updates and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sports clubs, or retail management.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Tech-savvy: POS systems, booking systems, CRM tools (Wix, SleekFlow preferred).
- Highly organized, responsible, and trustworthy with strong attention to detail.
- Leadership personality with the ability to motivate and supervise others.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Energized, positive, and professional demeanor.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
