Role: Operations Manager (Vendor Operations)

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead vendor operations supporting high-impact media products like YouTube TV and NFL Sunday Ticket.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end vendor operations, ensuring SLA/KPI performance
- Partner with senior stakeholders (L6–Director level) across technical teams
- Drive day-to-day execution of large-scale operational workflows
- Own vendor accountability, performance tracking, and issue resolution
- Lead process improvements, including SOP creation and workflow redesign
- Support contract management, invoice validation, and payments
- Drive change management initiatives across evolving workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in vendor operations / service delivery / operations management
- Strong stakeholder management & executive communication skills
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance
- Hands-on process management (not purely strategy)
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in media / streaming / broadcasting (YouTube, Netflix, Disney, etc.)
- Exposure to video streaming, broadcast ops, or network engineering
- Experience with process transformation & change management
