About Us
Fabian Group (FG) was established in 1901 and has grown from humble beginnings as a formalwear manufacturer to a multinational manufacturer of uniforms, formalwear, and retail suiting. While we’re a brand with a long heritage, we have reached our current level of success through our culture of nimble business practices, a commitment to quality, apparel innovation, and our reputation for putting “customers first." Our garments support customers across retail, hospitality, corporate, and service industries, and our operations teams play a critical role in delivering the right product, on time, to each of these partners.
Job Overview
The Operations Manager oversees daily Warehouse and Value-Added Services (VAS) operations that support Fabian Group’s uniform, formalwear, and suiting business. This includes ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe execution of inbound, storage, production, and outbound activities for our finished goods and customer programs. This hands-on leader supports team supervisors, drives process improvements, and ensures performance goals for safety, quality, cost, and service are consistently met so that our retail and B2B customers receive the high-quality product and experience they expect from Fabian Group. The role is central to maintaining smooth workflows across our apparel distribution and VAS lines and to fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Ensure teams deliver efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, VAS production (e.g., hemming, alterations, embellishments, kitting), and shipping operations to support uniform programs and retail suiting orders.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., productivity, cost per unit, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, quality, safety) and drive corrective actions as needed to support business growth and customer expectations.
- Identify and resolve process issues, implementing improvements that enhance accuracy, throughput, and labor efficiency across warehouse and apparel value-added workflows.
- Maintain accurate and standardized SOPs across Warehouse and VAS processes to ensure consistency in how Fabian Group products are handled and customized.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT) to plan capacity, labor, and service commitments for key customer accounts, seasonal peaks, and product launches.
- Promote and enforce safety and compliance programs, including OSHA requirements, 5S, and incident investigation follow-up.
- Collaborate with HR on staffing, training, and performance management for Warehouse and VAS teams, supporting a culture that reflects Fabian Group’s values and customer-first mindset.
- Report operational performance trends, risks, and improvement plans to senior leadership, providing insights that help shape Fabian Group’s broader operations and customer service strategies.
