The Operations Manager In Training position prepares an individual for the Operations Manager position. The job of our Operations Manager is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Operations Managers hire, train, develop, and supervise all Front Desk, Kids Club, and Janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards.

The position prefers a 2 year college degree, and/or management experience.

Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9am-6pm. Once promoted to Operations Manager, work schedule will change to Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm. (Hours are subject to change based on club hours)

Pay/Annual Salary Expectation: Operations Manager in Training- $18/hour plus commissions. Expected annual pay range: $42,000-$47,000

Operations Manager- $20/hour plus commission and bonuses. Expected annual pay range(First Year): $50,000-$60,000
