We are growing and looking to add a professional, detail-oriented Administrative & Digital Marketing Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Position Overview
This is a hybrid role combining administrative support and digital marketing execution. You will play a key role in keeping the business organized, efficient, and consistently visible across digital platforms.
This is not an entry-level “task-only” position; we are looking for someone who can take ownership, think proactively, and execute at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support leadership and agents
- Coordinate transactions from contract to close (checklists, timelines, documentation)
- Maintain and update CRM systems, client databases, and pipeline tracking
- Organize files, systems, and internal processes for efficiency and scalability
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and internal coordination
- Support event planning and client appreciation initiatives
Digital Marketing & Content Execution
- Execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, etc.)
- Create and schedule posts, stories, and basic video/reel content
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (newsletters, announcements, event invites)
- Coordinate and update website/blog content as needed
- Help create marketing materials in Canva (graphics, flyers, presentations)
- Maintain consistency with Reserve 76 Realty branding and voice

Experience & Skills
- Experience in real estate, administration, or marketing preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (or ability to learn quickly)
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Canva
- Social media platforms
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
