Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead operations administration team, assuring completeness and accuracy of documentation/reporting.
- Develop training via S.O.P. creation/monitoring and development of skills.
- Manage PQS process for each role that reports to them, including updates, changes or skills developments.
- Supervise and direct the planning and execution of tank farm movements, ensuring storage space is maximized.
- Develop and maintain/measure timeliness of reporting by determined completion deadlines.
- Ensure the highest accuracy is maintained through documentation/system audits.
- Provide leadership support through holidays, weekends, and other times during the year as assigned.
- Prevent material loss by tracking usage, working closely with operators, and their reporting methods.
- Lead and manage all monthly inventory responsibilities and activity across AVO and Packing operations
- Support packing team and ensure packing materials, inventories and quantities are maintained appropriately.
- Plan administration department schedule in conjunction with the needs of the operations.
- Plan commodity and tank farm operations departments schedule in conjunction with the needs of the operations.
- Communicate with the leadership team concerning any needs within the department.
- Participate and report on material variance against budget objectives.
- Provide employee evaluations for departmental personnel.
- Follow all safety rules and requirements, attend safety meetings, and tailgates.
- Participate in all audits, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready at all times.
- Ensure NAV operations are performed in accordance with approved procedures and company policy.
- Create, read and follow Standard Operating Procedures and forms.
- Communicate with other shifts and supervisors/leaders
- Ensure ISO process, tank farm utilization, and material storage conditions and strategies align with company goals and policy.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations (any field), Mathematics; Associate's degree in a similar field may suffice for individuals with relevant work experience
- 5+ year’s materials/administration operations supervisory experience in manufacturing environment
- Food manufacturing experience with working knowledge of SQF, Food Safety, and GMPs practices.
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and data analysis
- Previous experience as a Buyer, materials supervisor, or purchasing
Skills and Competencies:

Must have excellent computer skills – All Microsoft Suite formats
- Super user in SAP/NAV or equivalent experience in applicable ERP/CRM systems
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Communication skills with executives and cross functional teams
- Highly organized with the ability to develop organized systems
- Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
Certifications/Licenses:
APICS/CPIM certified preferred
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be willing and able to work extended hours as necessary
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
