Operations Night Manager - Warehouse

General Summary:

Fast paced, exciting and rapidly growing meat and seafood distribution company is looking for a high energy night warehouse employee.

Job Description:

• Receiving, pulling and palletizing product to fill orders
• Load trucks according to company specifications for maximum delivery accuracy
• Unloading trucks for warehouse slotting
• routing trucks based on weight/space available
• Follow sanitation/safety requirements set forth by company
• Random truck audits

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to Manage effectively up top 10 colleagues
• Detail oriented
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, climb, and walk on a continual basis throughout shift
• Ability to lift from floor to above head (50lbs frequently and 100lbs occasionally during shift)
• Ability to work in warehouse environment in areas with variations of temperatures (cooler and freezer)
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in warehouse environment in areas with variations of temperatures (cooler / freezer)
