1. Property Operations (Holiday Home Focus)

  • Conduct property inspections before check-in and after check-out.
  • Ensure all properties meet luxury standards (cleanliness, amenities, inventory, presentation).
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning teams, and suppliers onsite.
  • Report and follow up on damages, missing items, or urgent repairs.
  • Understand DTCM holiday home requirements and best practices (preferred).

2.⁠ ⁠Inventory & Branding Management

  • Take full responsibility for all operational and branding inventory, including: Property amenities; Setup materials; Event equipment; Branding stock; Guest supplies
  • Manage storage organization, stock counts, and replenishment cycles.
  • Track consumption and movement of items between properties, yachts, and events.
  • Ensure inventory documents are updated accurately and reported.

3.⁠ ⁠Field Operations & Mobility

  • Move between office, properties, storage, and events.
  • Deliver and collect items, branding materials, keys, access passes, and documents.
  • Execute property setups, yacht setups, and event support.
  • Ensure time-sensitive tasks are completed efficiently and reliably.

4.⁠ ⁠Coordination With Security & Access Control

  • Handle access passes and ensure staff and suppliers can enter properties smoothly.
  • Resolve any issues with building security or community access.
  • Maintain professional communication at all times.

5.⁠ ⁠Problem-Solving & Urgent Support

  • Respond immediately to operational issues such as:
  • Supplier delays
  • Missing items
  • Last-minute client needs
  • Property readiness problems
  • Provide real-time updates and immediate solutions.

6.⁠ ⁠Supplier, Contractor & Delivery Coordination

  • Pick up items from suppliers and deliver them to properties or yachts.
  • Assist in coordinating external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repairs).
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication between field operations and the office.

7.⁠ ⁠New Property Acquisition (Commission-Based)

  • Identify new properties suitable for management under The Royal Game.
  • Conduct initial assessments and take photos/videos.
  • Report findings to the Operations Manager and CEO.
  • Earn commission on successful onboarding.

8.⁠ ⁠Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit daily operational logs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory sheets and stock movement records.
  • Document any incidents or property issues.

***Required Experience:

  • Holiday home or real estate operations experience (mandatory or strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of property standards and guest expectations.
  • Experience handling inventory or logistics is a major advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license with minimum 5 years of driving experience.
  • Male candidate (due to operational and access-related requirements).
  • Flexible working hours, especially during high season.
