About the Role:
FRAME LIGHTING is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Officer to manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The role focuses on system management, office administration, inventory and warehouse control, and invoicing support, ensuring smooth internal operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the company system, including data entry and records
- Handle daily administrative and office-related tasks and paperwork
- Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movement
- Oversee warehouse organization, storage, and stock control
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods with the warehouse team
- Prepare, organize, and follow up on invoices and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records for stock, invoices, and operational activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Support management with reports related to operations, stock, and administration
Requirements:
- Arabic nationality / Arabic speaker only
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Strong computer skills (ERP/system usage, emails, documents, invoicing)
- Previous experience in operations, administration, inventory, or warehouse management is a plus
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Reliable, structured, and able to work independently
