About the Role:
FRAME LIGHTING is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Officer to manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The role focuses on system management, office administration, inventory and warehouse control, and invoicing support, ensuring smooth internal operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the company system, including data entry and records
  • Handle daily administrative and office-related tasks and paperwork
  • Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movement
  • Oversee warehouse organization, storage, and stock control
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods with the warehouse team
  • Prepare, organize, and follow up on invoices and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records for stock, invoices, and operational activities
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Support management with reports related to operations, stock, and administration

Requirements:

  • Arabic nationality / Arabic speaker only
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Strong computer skills (ERP/system usage, emails, documents, invoicing)
  • Previous experience in operations, administration, inventory, or warehouse management is a plus
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Reliable, structured, and able to work independently
