Job Brief

The Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) Saudi Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Officer to support daily banking operations within the Saudi Arabia branch. The role focuses on accurate data entry and execution of transactions across payments and operational systems in compliance with SAMA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily banking transactions and data entry on core banking systems.
• Process payments (SARIE, SWIFT, Treasury, SADAD) accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain records, documentation and transaction logs.
• Support reconciliations and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and SAMA requirements.
• Assist in handling customer requests and internal coordination.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in banking operations or data entry roles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations and payment systems.
• Ability to follow procedures and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
