Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Officer who is passionate about animals and committed to operational excellence. You will oversee the daily operations of our boarding facility, grooming services, and retail store, while ensuring timely reporting and clear communication with management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the boarding facility, grooming services, and retail store.

Supervise, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of care, professionalism, and accountability.

Ensure all pets receive proper care, attention, and safety according to facility protocols.

Organize schedules, bookings, inventory, and procurement efficiently.

Implement and maintain operational procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards.

Prepare and submit timely reports to management on operations, finances, staff performance, and customer feedback.

Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify areas for improvement.

Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Develop initiatives to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in pet care, retail, or hospitality.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Deep love for animals and commitment to their wellbeing is essential.

Knowledge of animal care, grooming practices, and boarding facility management is a plus.

Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.

Proficiency in basic computer systems and retail management software.
