Job Role: Operations Officer
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage order processing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and optimize last-mile delivery process to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and monitor shipments, address any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners to improve efficiency, speed, and reliability of service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery service providers and third-party logistics vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to develop and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience, including tracking transparency and delivery accuracy.
- Monitor product quality and customer feedback to address quality issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, E-Commerce).
- Knowledge of logistics and last-mile delivery best practices.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in the e-commerce landscape.
