Operations Officer - E Commerce

Job Role: Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage order processing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and optimize last-mile delivery process to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and monitor shipments, address any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners to improve efficiency, speed, and reliability of service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery service providers and third-party logistics vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to develop and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience, including tracking transparency and delivery accuracy.
  • Monitor product quality and customer feedback to address quality issues proactively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, E-Commerce).
  • Knowledge of logistics and last-mile delivery best practices.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in the e-commerce landscape.

10 am till 7 pm
